Dr. Greg Cumberford is a native Calgarian who graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2011. He did his residency at The Albert Einstein Medical Center in 2012.
Prior to becoming a dentist he worked as an electrical engineer (he holds two engineering degrees) and was co-inventor for 2 US patents in that field. Dr. Greg enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but enjoys helping his patients the most.
In 2014 Dr. Cumberford set up the dental portion of the Alex Dental Bus, providing free dental work to children in need. Over the next 5 years, he worked at over 70 volunteer dental clinics. Here is an interview about the program: http://alberta.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=548309
When not working Dr. Cumberford enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys living in Calgary and its proximity to the mountains. During his spare time, he likes to hike and bike.
